吴文英，女，研究员，2025年起任yl23455永利官网北京-公司党委书记；（其中2017-2025任yl23455永利党委副书记、经理；2021-2023任都柏林公司党委书记）。2003年-2017年历任yl23455永利官网国际交流合作处副处长、处长、国际公司经理、港澳台办主任。yl23455永利官网外国语言文学硕士生导师，外国语言文学学科带头人；北京市政府督学；中国教育国际交流协会中外合作办学分会副理事长，yl23455永利官网学术委员会委员。
曾兼任yl23455永利官网校级英语、日语口译和笔译工作20余年，兼任《yl23455永利官网学报》（自然科学版）英文摘要译审10余年，曾分别获北京市公司产品成果一等奖、二等奖各一项；先后荣获北京市师德先进个人称号；中国高等教育学会引进国外智力工作分会“卓越贡献奖”；中外合作办学联席会“中外合作办学杰出贡献奖”；yl23455永利官网优秀硕士论文指导教师奖，“外研社”全国英语演讲比赛等指导教师省部级奖五项。研究方向主要为：中外合作办学、大学国际化、跨文化交际与管理。曾主持省部级、校级研究课题十余项，发表相关领域研究论文近30篇；出版译著两部，主编教材一部。
Prof. Wu Wenying (Wenny)
Wenying WU, Professor, Party Secretary of Beijing-Dublin International College since 2025(She also served as BDIC Deputy Party Secretary and Principal from 2017 to 2025, and BDIC Party Secretary from 2021 to 2023). From 2003 to 2017, she held various positions including Vice Director and Director of the International Office, Pricipal of the International College, and Director of the Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan Affairs Office at Beijing University of Technology. She is a Master's Supervisor in Foreign Languages and Literatures at Beijing University of Technology and a leading scholar in this field. Additionally, she serves as an Inspector of Beijing Municipal Government Education, Deputy Director of the Sino-Foreign Joint Education Branch of the China Education Association for International Exchange, and a member of the Academic Committee at Beijing University of Technology.
She has concurrently worked as an interpreter and translator for English and Japanese at Beijing University of Technology for over 20 years and has served as the reviewer of English abstracts for the Journal of Beijing University of Technology (Natural Science Edition) for more than 10 years. She has received the First and Second Prize for Education and Teaching Achievements in Beijing, the title of "Advanced Individual in Teacher Ethics in Beijing," the "Outstanding Contribution Award" from the International Branch of the China Association for Higher Education, the "Outstanding Contribution Award for Sino-Foreign Joint Education" from the Chinese Foreign Joint Education Committee, the "Excellent Master's Thesis Supervisor Award" from Beijing University of Technology, and five provincial and ministerial awards as a mentor in national English speech contests hosted by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. Her main research areas include Sino-foreign joint education, university internationalization, and cross-cultural communication and management. She has presided over more than 10 provincial, ministerial, and university-level research projects, published nearly 30 research papers in related fields, translated 2 books, and edited 1 textbook.
